Adults

Our Adult program is designed to meet a variety of needs from self-defense and increased confidence to physical fitness and developing friendships within the dojang. Our highly-trained Instructors provide both challenge and encouragement during the classes.

Adult classes generally run just over an hour, during which adults warm up with a variety of cardio-enhancing exercises, stretch, and practice kicks, falling skills, self-defense techniques and occasionally spar with each other to develop timing and speed. Self-control during sparring and self-defense techniques is stressed.

Since we view martial arts training as an individual "journey", students are promoted based upon their personal progress and skills rather than being compared to anyone else.
As with the Youth program, importance is placed on developing tenacity and self-confidence.

Adult Class Schedule
Mon / Wed / Fri 1:00 – 2:00 pm
Monday Evening 8:15 – 9:30 pm
Tuesday Evening 8:15 – 9:30 pm
Thursday Evening 8:00 – 9:30 pm
